At Loyal Coffee, we want you to love every brew. While we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee due to its perishable nature, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges on all brewing equipment and merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that opened bags of coffee beans are not eligible for return.

Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and include your original packing slip. Ship the package to our roasting facility using a carrier of your choice; we recommend using a trackable service.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any original shipping costs.
